(a) The particulars of the interest rate claimed under the Summons;
(b) A confirmation as to whether Naim Land Sdn Bhd ("NLSB") is a major
subsidiary;
(c) The total cost of investment in NLSB;
(d) The financial and operational impact of the Summons on the group; and
(e) The expected losses, if any arising from the Summons.
