Naim Cendera Holdings Berhad - Errata For Cover Page Of Annual Report 2006

Naim Cendera Holdings Berhad ("NCHB") wishes to announce the following amendments to the cover page of NCHB's Annual Report 2006:-

1) addition as underlined "RM3.5 Billion Order Book (Page 20)";
2) deletion of "NTA grew by 7,300% in 10 years" and
3) amendment of "Land Bank GDV of RM4.8 Billion" to read "Land Bank approx. 3,100 acres with estimated GDV RM4.8 Billion"

Save for the amendments made to the cover page as stated above, there are no amendments to other parts of NCHB's Annual Report 2006.

The existing cover page shall now be replaced by the annexed revised cover page incorporating all the amendments as highlighted above. At the 5th Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") fixed for Monday, 18th June 2007, 11 a.m. at Holiday Inn Resort Damai Beach, Teluk Bandung, Santubong, 93756 Kuching copies of the revised cover page will be made available to all shareholders attending the AGM in substitution of the existing cover page.
