We refer to our announcement dated 28 December 2007 in relation to the above matter.

Naim is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission had vide its letter dated 30 January 2008 (which was received on 31 January 2008) approved the proposed listing and quotation of DEHB on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Proposed Listing").

Full details of the Proposed Listing will be set out in the Prospectus of DEHB to be issued in due course.
