NEW ISSUE OF SECURITIES (CHAPTER 6 OF LISTING REQUIREMENTS): FUND RAISING NAIM HOLDINGS BERHAD ("NAIM" OR THE "COMPANY") - PROPOSED RIGHTS ISSUE - PROPOSED EXEMPTION (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS") Further to the announcement made by AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) on behalf of the Board of Directors of Naim on 30th August 2018 pertaining to the Proposals (as defined therein in the said announcement), the Company wishes to announce the appointment of Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd as the Independent Adviser to advise the non-interested directors and non-interested shareholders of Naim on the Proposed Exemption (as defined therein in the said announcement).
