| Query Letter Contents | We refer to your Company's announcement dated 9 January 2013 and letter dated 10 January 2013 in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1) Justification(s) for the purchase consideration of RM6,610,036. 2) The manner in which the consideration of RM6,610,036 will be satisfied including the terms of any arrangement for payment on a deferred basis. 3) Net book value of the Properties. 4) Particulars of all liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by the listed issuer, arising from the Proposed Acquisition. 5) Dalient features of the Sales and Purchase Agreement and valuation report, if any, and the time and place where such documents may be inspected. 6) Risks in relation to the transaction including risk factors of the Properties or interests to be acquired. 7) Estimated time frame to complete the Proposed Acquisition.
