Further to the announcement dated 13 July 2012, the Board of Directors of Naim Holdings Berhad ("the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Naim Engineering Sdn Bhd has confirmed the acceptance of a Letter from Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd to be the Successful Nominated Sub-Contractor for works packages under the Projek Mass Rapid Transit Lembah Kelang : Jajaran Sungai Buloh-Kajang to execute and complete Package S4: Construction and Completion of Elevated Stations and Other Associated Works at Section 16, Pusat Bandar Damansara and Semantan at a contract sum of RM208,153,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”). None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect in the Project.
The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2012 onwards.
