INTRODUCTION
The Company wishes to announce that one of our subsidiaries, Naim Gamuda (NAGA) JV Sdn. Bhd., had on 25 August 2025 accepted the award from the Regional Corridor Development Authority, a Sarawak State government agency for the proposed development of the Northern Coastal Highway, Work Package: Limbang Section 1 (“the Project”) at the contract price of about RM1.13 billion (excluding SST) for a contract period of 48 months commencing from the date of site possession.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Group over the contract period.
DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project.
