We refer to the announcement dated 3 July 2024 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous Announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of Naim Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that both parties have fulfilled all obligations in relation to the Proposed Disposal and that the balance of Disposal Consideration in the sum of RM201.04 million was fully paid by the Purchaser on 20 December 2024. In this respect, the Proposed Disposal is deemed completed on 20 December 2024.
