Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 31 January 2023 and 18 July 2022 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that PMSB and SMSB have mutually agreed to extend the MOU for a period of one (1) year from 15 January 2024 until 14 January 2025 and all other terms and conditions of the MOU shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
