INVESTOR RELATIONS

The Company would like to announce that its subsidiary, Jelas Kemuncak Resources Sdn. Bhd. ("Plaintiff") had on 30 April 2021 filed a Writ of Summon and Statement of Claim against Sia Bintangor Holdings Sdn. Bhd. ("Defendant").

The Plaintiff's claim against the Defendant are for the following:-

i)         Agreed Debt in the sum of RM15,364,966.23 as at 31 December 2018;

ii)        the sum of RM584,217.60 being 2019-2021 outstanding amount;

iii)       Interest thereon at the rate of 5% per annum from the date of commencement of the action till date of full and final settlement;

iv)       Costs;

v)        Such further and/or other reliefs that the Court deems fit and proper to grant.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereto.
