Further to our announcement dated 13 January 2010 in respect of the Letter of Award for Parkage B Part I and II of the 275KV Overhead Transmission Line Projects for Bakun-Similajau Transmission System, we append hereunder the risks that the project may be subject to, as follows:-

1) Poor site/ground condition;
2) Wayleave on Native Customary Rights Land;
3) Increase in construction cost due to escalation in material prices.

These risks are the normal risks associated with construction contracts which are carried out by the Group.
