Naim Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Naim Cendera Sdn. Bhd. has on 15 April 2007 received a Letter of Acceptance from Pejabat Majlis Islam Sarawak on the Proposed Construction of Komplek Islam Sarawak at the contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Ninety million only (RM90,000,000.00).

The site was officially handed over to the Company today, at a ceremony witnessed by YB Datuk Haji Daud bin Abdul Rahman, Assistant Minster in the Chief Minister office (Islamic Affairs). The date of completion for the whole works is 16 October 2011, 30 months from the date of site possession.

None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the transaction.
