INVESTOR RELATIONS

We refer to our announcement dated 18th February 2008, on the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between wholly owned subsidiary, Naim Cendera Sdn. Bhd. and Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation, we would like to inform that both parties have mutually agreed to extend the duration of the MOU for one (1) year and upon its expiry, the said duration shall be automatically renewed until mutually terminated in writing by both parties.
